What to include in your email

To help you quickly we need a few things:

  • your iPhone or iPad model and the iOS or iPadOS version;
  • the app version (you will find it in Settings, at the bottom);
  • what you were doing and what you expected to see;
  • if you can, a screenshot.

If you think a calculation is wrong

Add the data of the profile you used (rifle, scope, ammunition, velocity) and the conditions: pressure, temperature, distance, angle, wind. With profile export you can send us a file with everything already in it. We redo the calculation and reply with the numbers.

If you change phone

Your data is stored only on your device. Before you change it, use Export all and save the file; on the new device use Import.

We will never ask for passwords or codes by email. We do not need your profiles or your data for support, unless you choose to send them to us.
